This is a complete conversion parts list  to suit your ZD30 AUTO to TD42 conversion.

 THIS KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE A ENGINE - JUST THE PARTS REQUIRED TO DO THE CONVERSION 

Heres whats included

Conversion harnes ZD30 to td42 - this is exchange and we require your harness more info found here

TD42 4 bolt weld in engine mounts

Oil pressure adapter tee - this is to adapte oil pressure sensors 

TD42 Radiator fan shroud 

bell housing 

Air conditioning hose set - ( we will contact you for some photo so we can make the correct kit up )

Radiator hose set 

Td42 Throttle cable

Td42 throttle pedal

Gearbox xmember / cross member 

Bell housing bolts 

This conversion kits suits all TD42 engine varriants Gq TD42 GU TD42t TD42ti both Turbo and Non Turbo 

NOTE

IF USING A T OT TI ENGINE A FLEX PLATE IS REQUIRED AS THE ZD30 ONE WILL NOT WORK- BUT IF USING A NON TURBO TD42 THE STANDARD ZD30 FLEX PLATE WILL WORK. 

UNFORTUNELTY WE DO NOT SELL ANY TD42 ENGINES - IN THE PAST WE HAVE SOURCED BLOWN UP TD42 ENGINES AND THEN REBUILT THEM. THEN SOLD AS A PACKAGE DEAL WITH ALL ABOVE PARTS BUT THIS GENERALLY COSTS 18K APPROX
