GOLD COAST PATROLS AND MECHANICAL WARRANTY TERMS OF TRADE

WARRANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gold Coast Patrols and Mechanical is in addition to the rights and remedies conferred on consumers by the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty policy will not affect these rights or remedies, except to the extent of the application may be excluded. Individual parts listed are subject to stock availability. ENGINES WARRANTY

The following items must be replaced to protect your warranty and keep it valid. Drain and replace engine oil and filter, replace oil seals including crank, cam, rear main as well replacing thermostat and water pump, replace the timing belt if applicable, new belts and hoses. Receipts must be provided and must have been purchased within warranty period.

Warranty does not apply to accessories and non-standard inclusions or any part that is attached to the engine, including but not limited to super chargers, turbo charges, sensors, switches, cables, electronics, hoses, belts, water pumps, oil seals, manifolds, pulleys, injectors, and injector pumps.

** ENGINE WARRANTY IS VOID IF HEAT TAB IS MISSING **

** ALL ENGINES, GEARBOXES & DIFFS MUST BE INSTALLED BY QUALIFIED TRADESMAN OR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID **

** ENGINES ARE SOLD AS LONG BARE AND ANY ACCESSORIES AND MANIFOLDS LEFT ON THE ENGINE OR BOLTED TO THE ENGINE DO NOT FORM PART OF THE WARRANTY OFFERED BY GOLD COAST PATROLS AND MECHANICAL. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CUSTOMER CHECKS THESE ACCESSORIES AE THE CORRECT FITMENT/TYPE OR PART OF THE INTENDED USE. **

GEARBOX TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL WARRANTY

Warranty does not apply to differentials, transmission or final drive components that have busted or broken gears or have been subject to accident, misuse, neglect or use inconsistent with its intended purpose.

SUFFER/LOSS

Suffer/loss is not limited to but includes, all losses (expenses or charges, lost opportunity costs and other consequential loss, loss of revenue, loss of contract) damages, costs (including loss of business)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual property means exclusive ownership to the copy right, trademark, patent or design rights in or related to any Gold Coast Patrols and Mechanical goods.

USED PARTS

Used parts means used mechanical goods NOT ELECTRICAL

USED PARTS WARRANTY

All used parts are covered by a three (3) month warranty – ninety (90) days except for electrical goods.

ELECTRICAL GOODS

Electrical goods are tested before sale and subject to Gold Coast Patrols and Mechanical warranty are sold (as is) with no further warranty.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all used parts are checked carefully for serviceability but may have general wear and tear.

NEW PARTS MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

New parts may come with a manufacturer warranty, if so Gold Coast Patrols and Mechanical with provide details of the manufacturer’s warranty if is available. For claims Gold Coast Patrols and Mechanical will act on your behalf to get the product repaired or replaced.

** ANY WARRANTY OFFERED BY GOLD COAST PATROLS AND MECHANICAL IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO ANYONE ELSE. **

** ALL PRICED ITEMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. **

** CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT THAT PAYMENTS MADE USING THE BANK TRANSFER METHOD CAN TAKE UP TO 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO CLARE, AND ONLY AFTER THIS TIME WILL YOUR GOODS BE SENT. **

** GOLD COAST PATROLS AND MECHANICAL ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS FROM COURIERS & SHIPPING COMAPMNIES ONCE GOLF COAST PATROLS AND MECHANICAL HAVE OBTAINED THE SERVICE RECIEPT FROM THE THIRD PARTY (FREIGHT COMPANY). **

** GOLD COAST PATROLS AND MECHANICAL DO NOT COVER FREIGHT CHARGES FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS. **

** PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF FOUND FAULTY WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. **

** GOLD COAST PATROLS AND MECHANICAL STANDARD WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOUR COST OR LABOUR REPLACEMENT COST IF A PART OR PRODUCT SUPPLIED BY US FAILS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. WE OFFER ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES THAT COVER EXTRAS; WARRANTY PERIOD EXTENDED, LABOUR COSTS ETC. IF THIS WARRANTY CHOICE IS CHOSEN THE COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE. **
